Neither Ron Haymore nor Haymore Real Estate LLC locked you out of the property & called the police. That was solely the act of the property Owner, Christopher Smith. Ron allowed you to leave your property in the home but Chris decided to take unilateral actions & changed the locks & is responsible for calling the police. We can appreciate your anger at the treatment you rec'd, but it is misplaced as to the responsible party. We are not responsible for acts that the Owner takes w/o our knowledge/consent. HRE LLC adheres to Az State statues & Az Landlord Tenant Act governing the mgmt of rentals. We entered into a mngmt agrmt with the owner after his former unlicensed property mgr allowed his properties to deteriorate. Your lease was w/ that mgr, not HRE. We advised the owner to allow your 30 Day Notice to stand but he was insistent on having a 5 Day Notice issued. We determined that it was not in our best interest to continue the agrmt w/ Mr. Smith & informed him of the termination.
